Product Description

Fructose transfer rotor pump/ rotary pump/ lobe pump with safe and reliable

Sanitary grade lobe pump is one of the products specially developed by Durrex pumps company to meet the customers in the production process of high hygiene requirements. Working chamber has sanitary rotor, rotor locking nut O - ring, pump body without sanitary dead angle and Higher hygienic grade. Support CIP, SIP. The surface roughness is 0.2--0.8um, in accordance with 3A, FDA standards. Can be widely used food, medicine and other materials with high requirements for hygiene level.

Applications:

Food grade rotor pump can be used for all kinds of medium, high viscosity and high solid content of material transportation. Lobe pumps are widely used in the production process of sugar, chocolate, dairy products, various syrups, concentrated fruit juice, jelly, yogurt, honey, ice cream, moon cake stuffing, flour slurry, soy protein, meat stuffing, condiments, tomato sauce, hot pot base material, bean paste and other food.

We are specialized in the production of rotor pumps and homogeneous pumps. The production capacity reaches 20,000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).

Working Principle of Lobe Pump
Twin-Rotary pumps are multi-functional and bi-directional positive displacement pumps, produced with fine technology. The manufacturing engineering and precision of the pumps approach the advanced level of the world. Rotary pumps use synchronic rotors, driven by a pair of synchronic gears in the gear box. Transmitted by the main shaft and the sub-shaft. The rotors move synchronically in counter-clockwise directions, which, consequently, varies the pump capacity and builds up high vacuum capacity and emission pressure. It is particularly suitable to pump sanitary medium, high-corrosive and high-viscous medium.
