DHB homogeneous & emulsification pump

DHB homogeneous & emulsification pump comprises 3-5 layers of stators and rotors. The alveolus of each layer stators and rotors is from wide to slender, let original asymmetric size material to enter pump chamber to breaking, dispersion, refinery, homogenization, emulsion step by step. It is a high-efficiency compound fine homogeneous pump, it also major compound homogeneous equipment in chemical working procedures.

Working principle of homogeneous pump

 

Just as diagram form, homogeneous & emulsification pump comprises 1 to 3 stages, or 2 to 6 corresponding shearing stators and rotators. The pump will indraft medium into working chamber with rapid turning of the motor, then treat the medium with compound, dispersion, refinery and emulsion.
