DHX1 homogeneous & emulsification pump

DHX1 homogeneous & emulsification pump has a set of double stators and double rotors in pump chamber. The theory of this pump is intaking medium from inlet and output from oultlet after homogenizing and emulsifying. This pump can be used in the cyclic processing of medium and small batch production and short-distance transmission, homogeneous and emulsion. It will have great homogeneous and emulsion performances if combined with vertical high-shear homogeneous emulsion machines.

Working principle of homogeneous pump

 

Just as diagram form, homogeneous & emulsification pump comprises 1 to 3 stages, or 2 to 6 corresponding shearing stators and rotators. The pump will indraft medium into working chamber with rapid turning of the motor, then treat the medium with compound, dispersion, refinery and emulsion.
